I received an email from a recruiter of this company saying that they were impressed by my experience and wanted to schedule a introductory call. Then I talked with this person. This person just asked me some general behavior questions and the conversation only lasted less than 10 minutes. In the next day, I received a rejection email saying that my experience was not a good fit for what they were looking for. Apparently, They care little about what they send to candidates.
Very cutthroat behavioral interview with the recruiter. Way too serious of a deep dive into past experience for a basic intro call compared to most companies. It's basically like a behavioral interview with an engineering manger, which is perfectly fine for later in the process, except the recruiter just parrots the questions and writes down your response. So off putting and turned me off to the company immediately.

The HR person I talked to seemed very disinterested in both me and his company... and I lost interest in working at the company throughout the process of talking to him.
