Had interview online, we chatted about the position and my background. Very relaxed and friendly environment.
Had interview materials sent beforehand (a few slides of PPT). They asked for a mini demo to see how you might teach, including teaching phonics.

Easy and straight forward questions. They ask basic questions about teaching, classroom management and further questions to get to know what type of person you are. Goodluck and hope you get the job!

In the beginning you send a video, then all your documentations and they get back to you in a couple of weeks with a video interview. I did all this work and set up the interview date online. Everything seemed pretty easy. Then when it came time for the interview they do not send you a Zoom link but instead a code. For some reason I had a hard time connecting. When I finally did it was only 2 minutes past but the Zoom said nobody was in the room. I emailed and got no response. I then set up a new meeting after waiting for about 10 minutes. But then I get a notification that all positions were full and they are not accepting new canidates at this time. So waste of time.
