J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez English 1 (Londres, Angleterre) en oct. 2020
Entretien
This happened a few months ago.
I was given a few teaching scenarios to prepare prior to interview.
The interview began in a relaxed manner and I found the interviewer approachable and friendly.
I was presented with teaching scenarios and slides which were completely different to the ones I'd received.
His feedback post interview was that I wasn't prepared for the teaching tasks. I then contested, informing him know what had happened - I received no answer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I can't remember exact questions. One of the questions asked how I'd teach a group of images describing holidays and leisure time.
Another about dialogue around requesting invitations.

Entretien
Interview process was pretty easy and quick- I ended up getting an offer on the spot despite not having any prior teaching experience. The interviewer was also kind and knowledgeable
Please make sure to show up! I worked here for a year and did not renew my contract due to personal reasons fast forward about a year and I was ready to come back because I had a great experience. I scheduled an interview and unfortunately life happens and could not attend due to other work obligations (I work in the social work field and Emergencies are taken very seriously). I reached out to my recruiter letting her know the circumstances, apologized and never got a response except for a curt email informing me I did not show up to my interview (clearly). I reminded her of the email I sent and I told them if they were willing to let me interview again that would be great but if not, it was understandable. I understand that other people's time is important too. I was able to reschedule another interview with another recruiter but it was canceled 10 minutes before it was due to start.
