3 skype interviews and a lesson plan that is reviewed. It was a fairly strait forward affair, had a first interview that was more a get to know. Next I was requested to create a lesson plan, then had and interview to discuss the lesson plan and why I chose things. The final interview was discussing the more important details of what EF expects and what I was looking for. After his interview I recieved an offer about 5 days later.
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
it was very professional, my interviewer focused on what drives me to want to get into this position and look for my conversational skills while i answered the questions. We have another interview after the first one.

Its pretty good, the interviewer dan staff were friendly, and the environment is fun. You should prepare before start the interview. You'll be given the questions mostly about study cases in the class. Whether with students or with parents. So, Good luck
