If your a boomer or Gen X "don't bother" your wasting your time. Applied through a recruiter. The whole process took a little over a week. The first thing I noticed while attending the F2F interview was that this is a millennial environment. It was very obvious from the questioning that they have no appreciation regarding experience and seem to practice ageism.

The interview Process is fairly simple. first you meet with the recruiter for a phone screening. Recruiter interested they will move you to the final interview process which is the panel interview at the office. From there you will meet with all leaders from each division.

Very informal and unorganized. I left with a very negative gut feeling. A lot of questions were left unanswered and I was left with the feeling of a multilevel business.

Was contacted over the phone after an online application, interview over phone was great and was offered the job. Interview was simple enough, explained my background, my interest in the industry, etc. I enjoyed my time working there
