I was contracted by a recruiter about the position at ECS. ECS responded quickly and I was able to interview the following week. I had a panel interview with the entire leadership team. I received an offer the next day. I was very happy that the process moved along quickly and that I had the opportunity to meet everyone I would work with.

The interview process was very pleasant, for this particular opportunity we only had a phone screening. This was because the position was for remote work in a different location from the company's head quarters. But the interviewer was very easy to talk to and asked great questions which made the whole interview feel like a natural conversation. This was a great experience and one of the best interviews I have ever had.
