There were 4 interviews: 1 screening, 1 manager and 2 panel interviews as well as an assignment that took 4 hours and asked for original ideas on a brief. There was little time to get a handle on the agency itself and ask questions during these interviews, there was little focus for most people on the panel calls that ended up distracting the group. After trying to track down the recruiter for more information they said they were making a decision and ended up ghosting after the final round.
