Interview process was through a referral from a recruiter. There were no job openings on their website but recruiter mentioned they had a few open roles on the design team. First met with their Head of Design, then after two (canceled) meetings the 3rd I met with their Design Director. After a call with their Talent Coordinator to chat salary requirements. The "Final" step in the process was a design interview with the rest of the design team.
