I had a one-on-one interview over Skype and it was quite a positive experience overall. Before the day of the interview, I was asked to fill in a profile, describing my skills and past work experience. The interview itself was largely based on this profile. Then the business model was explained, including examples of client companies and available projects. They made a point of being a flexible and internationally inclusive work environment. They also try their best to find a project that best matches your skills and professional goals.
