Highlight: I interviewed with the HR Recruiter. She was very friendly and spoke about her background on how she got started and grew within the company. She made me feel comfortable during the entire conversation. I was told I would need to take a Predictive Index quiz for an assessment afterwards and that I would be notified by "x or y" day for next steps. This was just a screening call so not much to share regarding the actual interview.
The Negatives: With no news or updates regarding my application came through (I waited a few more days after the days I was told I would hear back) I reached out via email to check in on my application status and almost immediately I received a generic copy and paste rejection response, just as another reviewer here noted. I did not get feedback on the quiz I had to take either. I sent a reply thanking them for the time and opportunity, and also inquired for feedback both regarding the interview and the index quiz to see if perhaps that had anything to do with the decision but also know what I can improve on for future interviews, though I never heard back which was disappointing.
I want to also add, the application did not disclose EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and while not a requirement by any means, it is extremely common for job applications now to disclose this, and upon my own screening of the company, there is no diversity- just as another person noted on glassdoor, which is a shame.
