Interview included a phone, video and onsite interview at their plant, which included ppl from different Org Levels and took around 4 weeks of time and team questioned mostly on the behavorial based questions and few technical questions.

It took a number of hours, but the decision was quick. Each person interviewing has a set of questions. They are supposed to show how you behave and act in different scenarios. You give examples of when you acted in certain ways. This method paints a picture to the interviewing team about your personality and working style.
