The interview process was smooth, it started witha phone call with an HR representative, then a interview with the Engineering Manager, liked this interview since it was more like a conversation about experience and a couple of technical questions, and lastly a third interview/conversation witht the regional manager.

Standard interview, explained brief resume, answer a couple of questions of what leadership role you have had. Usually a phone screening, then two round interview. Would describe fairly easy to do and just follow simple star method .

Went pretty smoothly, not invasive, straightforward. A couple of behavioral questions and one question at the end to test your knowledge on your career choice. Overall, pretty easy, fair, and good. Average.
