Guess I should have looked at these reviews first. Looks like this company has no respect for interviewers and that is a support group: I interviewed at Enerbank and I too was ghosted. Seemed pretty straightforward and normal. Recruiter screening call. Multiple rounds of inteveiws. Standard project management questions. I was told by the final interviewer and then the recruiter that they'd have feedback and an update in a couple of days... that was a month ago. I've reached out for updates and feedback to no responses. It's frustrating that ghosting appears to just be the norm for this company.

Recruiter canceled the scheduled interview 20 minutes prior to the call. Saying that "it wasn't a fit". I had an opportunity to earn some gig income to do this interview. What a shame and a sham that a company would wait until the last minute to cancel an interview.
