I applied online, and someone from HR called me the next day for a first interview. The job description for the role was very vague on the website, so we had a long interview where we discussed my current role and previous experiences, but I also tried to get as many information as possible about the job opening. Surprisingly, the lady in charge for the selection didn't know at all the role she was recruiting for, neither the tasks and growth opportunities.
Anyway at the end of the interview she told me that I would have known more about the role in the following rounds, and that she would have been in touch in a few days because they were in a hurry.
Not only I didn't hear back from her, but a couple of days after my interview, the job opening was re-published on their website with a different description, confirming my impression that the HR was clueless about the job profile.
