the interview process was very easy and quick once after training it gets difficult and team leads are trash .. waiting for another job as I type hate it here

The interview process was a Great and very informative process. I learned a lot anout the company and role of customer service representative while on the call. The associates whom i spoke with were very helpful in the process as well.
