After a phone screen with the recruiter, received a take home assignment, which was to create a production-ready app that does simple fetch and render with some optional bonus point features. Completed main requirements and all of bonuses and submitted it promptly, but received a rejection letter after 2 weeks. Just got vague feedback that my app didn't quite meet their requirements, which made me feel disrespected and a waste of my time and effort after all.

From the first conversation with the recruiter Jack Sawyer, I had a great feeling about the company and the process they use to interview candidates. That continued every step of the way. There was open communication, timely results and a high level of professionalism. I could not be more impressed with the company and there interview process.
