it depends upon the persons ability to convince in the first tech round. But, if they still need to clarify, you will be asked for another round of technical. There will be a HR round where HRD will be asking you about your personal details. Reason for leaving the last job. About the current package and if you have the lesser package, they might offer you 30% to 100% hike depending upon you current package.

Submitted CV directly on company website and Linkedin. Didn't get a call. Few months later applied with a reference. Got interview call. Questions where upto the point. No vague questions. 2 rounds in a week and offer was rolled out.
