I was hired at a 1-on-1 job fair interview with the regional director. They don't pay a living wage to techs so I insisted that I wanted to rise through the ranks. That got their interest and they moved me on to drug and background testing. Trust me, they are so desperate for bodies that this is a formality and they won't look either one.

I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
