I had already been working for the company on a part time basis, came in to a hotel meet the onsite director and regional manager by phone. It was a good hour and a half call, very thorough and professional.

Very easy to deal with. If the people hiring you only have experience at the corporate level, well... The director of the hotel is usually more knowlegeable. Ask questions about the hotel. Ask questions about the sales staff at the hotel. They will make or break your experience at any property...
