The company used a digital interview platform called Hire Vue which was the first time I'd ever heard about it. It was very interesting. From the employer you get a code for the interview and you access it either from a computer with a webcam or your mobile device. You can take the interview anywhere you want, it's best to pick somewhere you won't be distracted. It's also best to dress as if you're face to face. The best part about it is you can practice your questions before answering them.

I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.
