When i joined, it used to be just 1 round of interview where HR will see if you have a fire to earn money and respect to the job. now they have changed the process, however if you go there don't think everyone is get paid 5 figure salary, it is your hard work and smart work which will pay you. overall i can say, show them that you want to join the company and ready to work hard. don't make them feel that you might leave soon as they have specialized process when you can get maximum take home salary, but it will take time to get those process.
