There was a series of two interviews. The first was with my senior leader, and then the second was with the team. The process went smoothly. The senior leader at the time, put me at ease with some informal questions before really digging into how I thought I might be a good match for the position.

Question 1
The senior leader asked what I felt my strength that I brought to the team would be, and what my weaknesses were that I needed to work on.
It took a while to get all of my paper work in due to having to wait for the background check and hospital orientation to come back around for me to be able to participate. That is my only real complaint.

Entretien
Contacted initially by corporate recruiter for a 30 min interview which went well. Then interviewed with the senior leadership team. They were very engaging and eager to explain the benefits of working for the organization. The next interview occured with the CEO of the hospital. She basically spoke of the organization and the challenges they experienced at the hospital. The next interview was with a regional leader who was interested in learning of my background.
