First interview was with the head of human resources and director of case management. They asked basic questions like "Tell us why we should hire you". Second interview was lunch with the entire case management department. They asked me about myself and I was allowed to ask them questions.

Met with director of case management and had an informal interview. Very relaxed and easy. It was a get to know you and meet with you type of process. Had an immediate offer and was contacted by Hr a few days later.
