Originally applied online via LinkedIn for the Professional Development Program which provides new hires with 3-4 weeks of paid training for the BSA role prior to being placed on a project. There was a 5-10 minute phone screen followed by an invitation for an all day recruiting event a week later. At the event, employees from the company give you (and a number of other invited candidates) an overview of the company and the position with a light lunch served. Afterwards, there are 4 30 minute interviews 1:1 with various managers and directors. You're assigned a current BSA to be your host for the duration of the day shuttling you from interview to interview as well as giving you a personal tour of the building. You'll have an itinerary for the day.
The interviews are behavioral by nature with no technical questions involved. Because there's formal training when you start, the bar for technical aptitude is pretty low. However, if you have some VBA, SQL, Python knowledge you'll look a lot more favorable next to other candidates. That being said, even if you don't have the technical experience you have a chance. If you come off as friendly, approachable, and interested in the company and can show them that you're willing to learn, you'll definitely receive an offer. Ask targeted questions about their software and genuinely show interest.
After the interviews, you and other candidates are brought back to the executive room for a debrief with snacks. I was told I'd find out within a week but was called a day and a half after the interview with an offer. Very quick.

Interview processes consisted of 7 steps, 1 emailed questionnaire, 1 online business analyst assessment that takes roughly 1.5 hrs., 1 phone screening with the recruiter, 2 phone interviews with the Business Systems Managers, and 2 video interviews with the Sr. Client Service Managers. After the I completed the email questionnaire I didn't hear back from the recruiter for over 3 weeks. The first phone screening was canceled by the recruiter 30 minutes before the start time. I was told she had to cancel to pick up her kids from school. After the interviews were completed, I received an email a week later advising they were still conducting interviews and will reach back out in a week with an answer. A week passed and I still had no update so I decided to follow up with the recruiter. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the recruiter assuring me that I was not selected for the position. I was told the company decided to go with candidates how had more experience, which was strange as I was told during interviews that experience was not necessary as this was a entry level position. Shortly after the phone call I received a rejection email. Overall, not a great experience that was very time consuming.
