Entretien
One get-to-know you phone interview that was very informal followed by a SQL knowledge check test online. Then the face-to-face formal interview that was pretty relaxed. Nothing too crazy thrown at you. They want to get to know your programming background and what you want to do/are good at. There were supposed to be 3 people at my interview (HR rep, and two higher up developers), but one of the developers was working with a client so it was just two people.

Entretien
I had a very informal over the phone interview. Probably lasted no more than 30 minutes. I was extended an offer to go in for a technical test the next day. After completing the test they called me back within the week and offered me the job.

Entretien
1st was the phone interview after applying online. This was a more personal "get to know you" interview. The in-person interview was fairly standard. 1-2 hour interview. Very few technical questions.
