Overall the interview process was pretty straight forward and good. After my interview I was contacted within a week by a telephone call stating that I was offered the job.

Trying to get an interview seemed to be next to impossible. Things seemed very unorganized and the time frame was lengthy. Training was not what you'd expect and everything seemed misleading.

Good hiring practices as far as touring the building, meeting new people, ease of orientation, good skills training, up-to-date yearly skills training, lots of new things happening with individuals, many meetings, questions are answered
