easy and general phone interview, asking mainly about why I was leaving my current employer, then a general overview of the position I was applying for. Then they invite you for a person to person, consisting of two call center managers and they take turns asking your situational questions. very friendly and very easy if you've ever interviewed for a customer service job before.

tell me about a time when you encountered a tough customer situation, and how did you handle it?
In the interview process there are three steps. All of them are done over the phone except the last one you do have the option to facetime but they don't require it. They were okay with audio. All of the interviews are done with HR people. You don't meet with anybody who works in the department.

Phone interview with general questions about my career aspirations and my previous work experience, skills and education. Recruiter was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and telling me about all the perks about working for Empower.

Nothing crazy. My application was done online, Recruiter reached out to me for phone interview. I was brought in for a formal interview. Process took maybe two weeks.
