I had an amazing insightful interview process. In total i had around 4 rounds of interview. Every round was very well planned and organized in a structured way. I got a call from the HR Manager about the opportunity that they had for Six Sigma Black Belt/ Quality Assurance, based on the discussion with her following rounds were scheduled. 1. First round is which i had it with the Director of Operation Excellence 2. Second round was with Regional Head for Operations 3. Third round with AVP- Transformation 4. Fourth round with HR Overall through out the interview process, they made us feel comfortable to share our experiences and went very smooth.
