I first had a phone interview and then was contacted about a week later to set up an in person interview. Both the HR rep on the phone and hiring manager were very personable and the overall hiring process was enjoyable, especially because I got the job.

I submitted a job application on the company website on 5/6/2022. I was reached out by a recruiter that was assisting my assigned recruiter while she was out on vacation on 5/11/2022. I was scheduled for an immediate interview with two hiring managers on 5/17/2022. Afterwards (same day), I was reached out by my assigned recruiter who said I received good feedback and they wanted to move further. The next step was to submit a 30-minute timed writing sample to an escalated customer scenario. A few days later the recruiter followed up to let her know they were going to make an offer and I would receive a call by that Monday. That Monday 5/23/2022, I received my offer and had to submit a background check, credit check, drug test (including THC), and FINRA fingerprint clearance within 3 days. I let the recruiter know I had an AZ MMJ card. She explained that it would have to be submitted to Legal for review if I failed the drug test and we would go from there. A week later I found out I passed the drug test and background check. I was cleared to start on 6/13/2022.
