I was approached by the HR team through LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of two rounds: the first was a phone screening, and the second was a technical interview.
Phone Screening: We discussed my work experience and the domains I have worked in.
Technical Interview: The questions were Based on ChatGPT.
Unfortunately, the company's interview process raised several concerns for me. There was a lack of employer branding and transparency. When I asked questions to the recruiter, I received no responses and was ultimately ghosted.
After the interview, I did not receive any feedback despite multiple attempts to reach out to the team. A month later, the recruiter contacted me with an offer for a different position without providing any explanation.
I declined the offer. Although I was excited about the opportunity to work with a company whose products I admire, the interview process was a complete nightmare for me.
I urge the team to provide feedback to candidates and respect their time. The recruitment process should be a two-way street.
