2) interview with hiring manager/collection analysis and someone to do the Italian speaking test
3) on site interview and Italian test (writing/speaking) - they asked me to write an e-mail and then to make a situation that I'm calling the client regarding the unpaid invoice

Entretien
An open house and whole day interview session. It was very thorough and they screened the applicants very well. HR will first screen the applicant on phone and gets invited in the open house. Process in the open house is HR Panel - Personality Exam - Team Leader - Manager.
