Applied via website. Contacted for phone interview with regional manager. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Topics covered included: Electrical Testing, NETA certification, Transformer acceptance testing, protective relay testing, SF6 circuit breakers, use of test equipment, and safety. Follow up interview in person at company headquarters. Followup interview was more traditional Situation, Action, Result type interview.

Great place to work for a steady job. Unfortunately, minimum growth opportunity.
