Interviewed for software engineer. question were on basic dot net questions and basic database related questions. I was also asked to write a query for a simple database . Immediately after attending the interview i was asked to wait for 30 mins. HR then told me that i had been selected
Very technical round of interview. The questions ranged from syntax, application specific and architecture and implementation. It was a mixture of questions from all these sections. It was more on the exposure to different technologies.

3 stage process. Aptitude, Technical, HR. It might differ based on number of candidates applying for the post. If there were very few candidates for the interview they might change.It completely depends on the organisation.
