      1. Met with HR 2. Technical interview (at level of product manager, not dev) 3. Product exercise (1.5 hours, had to just walk through a client, took maybe and hour of prep) 4. Meeting with COO and Product Head (1.5 hours) They are very transparent about their process. I liked it because it means I'm working with competent folks.

      The interview process was very intentional. It included a call with recruiting, online questionnaires for personality and technical fit and several 90 minute interviews. There were also scenario questions that I appreciated were generic instead of the case studies that I've seen at other companies where it seems free consulting work is being provided.

      I had an excellent interview experience. The process was thorough and challenging in all the right ways, and I appreciated the opportunity to really put in the effort to ensure a strong mutual fit. The steps were exactly as outlined in the job description, and communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. What stood out most was how well-run the entire process was. Everyone I spoke with was responsive, open, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. The team moved quickly, respected my time, and demonstrated a high level of preparation and professionalism. It was an impressive — and even fun — experience that gave me confidence in the caliber of people I’d be working with. Going through a thoughtful and challenging process actually gave me a lot of confidence about the role and the people I’d be working with. It was clear the team cares about finding the right fit, and that level of rigor usually means you’ll end up working alongside smart, capable people who take their work seriously.

      Entretien

      I apologize because I may miss some steps, but it is a seven step process. 1. Application (5 minutes) - This was pretty simple. The application is straight forward and unlike some of the really overwrought ones I've sen. 2. Online Assessment (40-50 minutes) - This is a series of online tests. Some logic, simple math, pattern recognition. 3. Initial Phone Interview (30-45 minutes) - Phone screen with a recruiter. Just kind of a gate to make sure you know your stuff. 4. Technology Knowledge Assessment Interview (20-30 minutes) - This one is more rapid fire. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions quickly. You don't have to be perfect. Again it's doable if you know your stuff. 5. Challenge Interview (90 minutes) - Here its they pretend to be a client and you gather the clients requirements. 6. Final Interview (60-90 minutes) - A final interview with the hiring manager. They just want to see your spin on the world. 7. Job Offer! - They let you know quickly if you got it or if you didn't. I appreciate knowing the process in advance and I appreciated the fact that even though this process sounds long we completed it in roughly a week once you take out off time for Thanksgiving. They were completely candid about how things were going and I REALLY enjoyed the process.
