It was a pretty standard interview some sql and behavioral. This took about a month and half to get offer. Talent team was clear and considerate. In total I hav 3 interviews phone screen talent acquisition interview then manger interview

There were two rounds. The first was a preliminary chat with a recruiter who was very friendly and personable but talked much more about himself and his book than anything else. The second round was with two people who I think run the internship. It was easily the worst interview ever. They awkwardly read the most generic interview questions imaginable off of their screen in a stilted way. I responded as passionately as I could, but they never even acknowledged my response beyond an "okay" and then immediately moved into the next question. They never once asked me a follow up question and seemed super bored the entire time. At the end, when I asked them questions such as "what do you believe sets this internship apart from similar companies with similar descriptions?" they seemed to struggle to produce an answer. The best they could come up with is "it's remote and most internships aren't remote" which is laughably bad. At the end, they said they would let me know within a couple weeks. That was December. They ghosted me. Anyway, absolutely terrible interview with awful interviewers who don't know anything about their own company. Embarrassingly bad.
