The interview process was a day filled event. It was all virtual. I met with most of the upper management team throughout my entire interview process, no colleagues. Each interview was 30 min with the interview with my hiring manager taking a full hour.

Quick and responsive. Personal follow up calls with the manager throughout the process. Clear and no long delays of no response like larger biotech companies. No issues at all with offer letter and extending in a timely manner.

Communications were quick. There was quick action to move the hiring process forward. Clear instructions were given about what to expect during the interview. Hiring manager was very affable. The group / team meeting went well and a reasonable offer was also made. When I had to decline to offer due to personal reasons, the hiring manager again was very understanding of the decision. Overall, a good experience.
