Challenging Genius questions and then a follow up phone screening. Onsite interview for half a day where you meet multiple branches within the company including Lab Ops, Scientific Development, Recruiting, etc.

Interview Experience (June 27, 2025) My interview experience with Emerald Cloud Lab was excellent — very professional, clear, and straightforward. Phillip, my interviewer, communicated everything transparently and helped me understand the company’s culture and strong growth opportunities for employees. Although my background was not directly related to the laboratory field, I truly appreciated that they still gave me a fair chance. Unfortunately, due to a delay in my documentation process, I lost the opportunity. If I have a second chance, I would be honored to work with this company. I’m still actively looking for a job and continue to admire Emerald Cloud Lab’s professionalism and respect toward candidates.
