I had 5 interviews in the span of 4 months. First and second interviews were through zoom. Was told they would contact me once they came to a decision but they did not. I emailed about the status of the decision but never heard back. They contacted me again in November and had three interviews. Two by zoom and one in person. Was told the next interview would be with the board members and that they would contact me within a week with a date and time for the meeting. I, again, never heard anything back. When I emailed about it was told they would ask about when it would be and never heard from the HR manager again. Overall it was a massive waste of time and effort. Why make someone go through 5 interviews, tell them the job was basically theirs and then never contact them again.
