First was a brief phone screening.Hands on interview onsite followed approx. a week later giving me a chance to show some relevant skills in their lab. tour of the lab facilities and a chance to meet potential coworkers. Everyone was friendly and professional. Asked basic questions pertaining to the position and gave me a chance to meet with a few different heads of different departments. Overall a pleasant and professional experience.
