Everything was nice and smooth. It looked like it was a good fit, however, never heard back from them.
It is extremely unprofessional just to be quiet after interview. You have to give some kind of answer!

It was a work shop and had many other individuals applying. I was called and interviewed with the current Sales Director. The interview went well until I did not even hear a follow up whether or not I got the job or if they were going to continue looking.

The interview process was fairly easy. I had an employee referral so that made the process easier. I interviewed with the DOS and the GM on the same day.
