Initial contact from the internal recruiter through LinkedIn. The interview then proceeded through the VP of Operations and the CFO. After a short meeting with the CEO I was interviewed by a representative of the investment partners. In spite of the multiple interviews, the process took about 10 days and I got an offer letter within 1 hour of my meeting with the investment partner.

I guess I was suprised at the business process and executive level questions I was asked. I was not aware that the intention was to have my role become part of the leadership team.
