Online and then in person - friendly staff and asked questions about my experiences and what I would do in certain situations. They asked a lot of questions about ED and safeguarding and how I would work with friends and family.

I had an informal interview on Teams with the hospital director to learn more about the post and then a formal interview on Teams with the hospital director and a member of the MDT at the clinic.
