1 chat with the recruiter + 2 interviews of 45 min with the team. I had a good time talking with the team members, they were very friendly and explained well what the role consisted of. However, when I received the rejection + feedback I was a bit surprised with it. They said I lacked experience in Delivery Management and Scrum Master. Considering that these should be two other roles in a team, and the position I was interviewing for was a JUNIOR level paying max of £45k, it sounded a bit delusional.
