Invite applications from local references on the vacant position. Concern manager first take interview. On successful recommendation, candidate will have to appear to the CEO/MD of the company. Then HR Dept will take care on negotiation and other verification. On mutual acceptance the Appointment letter is issued in 3/4 days time.
