Ellucian facilitated the interview process with the local network team. Very professional and friendly. I interviewed with the director, the network manager, and the other senior network engineer. The director provided an overview of the college and how the IT support contract works. The network manager explained the responsibilities of his team, and the other engineer shared her experiences with the team. We discussed my background and why I wanted to leave my current position. It was obvious to all of us in the interview that we came from similar work backgrounds and that we shared the same work ethics and passion for customer support. We all knew that we could make make more money in other roles, but that Ellucian was a great company to work for and that this college was a great customer.
