Professional process with each step laid out ahead of time. I had a 30 min screen with the hiring manager and then two rounds of Zoom interviews covering behavioral and technical topics. I then came on-site to do a presentation. Final round before offer was meeting each of the founders. Everyone was very personable and communicated well.
