The interview process was the worst that I have ever taken part in. We had an hour long telephone interview and over an hour face to face one. Not at any point did they want to show me what their actual offices looked, it was almost like they were hiding it in the way they acted. The people interviewing were also people who had no technical knowledge and seemed to have 0 recruitment experience. They asked me the same questions over and over, each time bringing someone else into the interview.
