I attended the leadership conference with the firm. We interviewed virtually in the fall to get a spot for the summer conference. I received an offer for an internship the week following the leadership conference.

Entretien
The interview was surprisingly straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer focused solely on behavioral questions, steering clear of any technical topics. I felt that my upbeat demeanor and enthusiasm really resonated with them, as I made sure to convey genuine interest in the role and the company. They seemed to appreciate my bubbly personality, which contributed to a positive atmosphere throughout the conversation. Overall, I left the interview feeling optimistic and confident about making a good impression.
After applying, I was invited for an interview over Zoom. My recruiter was very nice, and the interview went very well. We talked a lot about the company and also about how I believe I'd be a good fit at the company.
