Entretien
After sending CV and Cover Letter, had a 15 min HR interview. Recruiter was very nice and it felt more like a chat, got asked only a couple of basic questions (Why Elixirr, why this role etc). Then got invited to an AC, which consisted of 2 group case studies, where you got given a case study to do in 30 mins and then present it + Q&A for 15 mins. Then one by one we had to present for 5 mins about something we got emailed a week in advance and had time to prepare. Got to speak to analysts and consulatnts throughout the day, and everyone was incredibly nice and friendly.

The first interview was just a 15 minute competency and personality interview.
Very friendly interviewer and more of a chat to see what you are like.
Let me know very quickly if had gotten through to the assessment centre. I have not yet done this, but am told it is 2 group cases and then a case presentation, you are sent the case in advance and prepare this before the day.
