The interview process took about a month, and consisted of multiple steps. The first step was a 15-min phone interview, which was very relaxed and conversational! The second step included sending in written responses to several questions, which were super fun and interesting to answer in my own time. The third step was a timed "edit test," where I worked with my future editor on several prompts, pitches, and one article. It was intense, but I loved pushing myself to see what I was capable of! I was offered the position, and of course, I accepted.
